my baby have 10 days old, having 99degree temperature is this normal??

A. yes it is ook .Temperature more tham 99 is fever. Give paracetamol for fever and can be given 3 to 4 times in a day . If temperature does not comes down in 2 days then baby need a proper examination as it may be any other infection

Q. My son is 4yrs old. From yesterday onwards, only in morning & in evening, he having above 99degree temperature, cold & cough. For this temperature, I need to use P250 or not? In recent days, he having 99 degree temperature frequently and cold. what should I do for this? Last month i visited doctor, she told if temperature is above 100 degree use p250. Otherwise use wet towel to rub whole body but my son having cold and cough. Can I rub him in wet towel or not ? Please advise. Thank you.
