my baby has white spots around the mouth and they are increasing. what would be the reason for that..?

Without proper physical examination, it is not possible to understand the underlying condition. Get your baby personally examined by the paediatrician and seek medical guidance. Continue to breastfeed your baby on demand for better health, nutrition, hydration, and weight gain, good luck and take care.
