my baby has vomitted thrice since last night and he also has fever of 99.1F temperature is same at night and even in morning I.e 99.1F.even after giving paracetamol once

A. the baby is more than two years of age probably baby is having infection the reason for both fever and one things and the baby it is better to consult a Doctor once
