Q.
my baby has started to develop teeth and has itching sensation hence very cranky...a friend of mine suggested there is some cream which can be applied on gums...could you suggest any cream to apply on gums to minimise the effect of this.?

ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist2 years agoA. No. do not apply anything on the gums as ot it is not safe.
massage the gums with a moist clean cotton cloth and give cold silicone teethers to chew on them. this will help in relieving the irritation in the gums

Use Babyhug teethers and soothers. You can try giving frozen carrots and cucumbers. Maintain a good personal and oral hygiene for your child.
