NikithaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello this can be birth mark and also can even be due to dry skin and make sure to keep baby skin well hydrated and you may be using mild and gentle baby skin care products which is made of natural ingredients and chemical free and paraben free like Babyhug which can be helpful
