My baby has severe dry cough ,chest is clear ,initaially he was having dry cough den only running nose and nose block now again dry cough …what to do???is ithis serious ..baby age is 3 years old

Give t minic syrup for dry cough.
Also apply coconut oil infused with tulsi leaves on the chest and throat to get relief from dry cough.
U can buy babyhug cold pressed coconut oil which is pure and additive free oil
