my baby has red small acne on her full arms only what is the reason behind it and how to cure this

Hello Ma’am If it is on the full hands of the child it could be due to any particular reason so it will be best for you to consult your paediatrician ones for a proper checkup and medication regarding the same and do not try to apply anything from your own side for the time being till the time we do not discuss it with your doctor

Without proper physical examination it is not possible to conclude anything. Please consult your child’s doctor for a personal evaluation and seek further advice. Good luck and take care.
