Q.

My baby has just started her solid journey. I am giving her dal chawal khichadi paste once in a day. which fruits should I give her now?? and what else can I give her???

A. Hello mom you can give variety of things to her , start one thing at a time , avoid making or grinding into paste .. manually you can mash and make it soft you can give rice and thin dal , steamed vegetables like potatoes , sweet potatoes , carrots etc , soups, fruits - banana, chikku, papaya etc juices - organe , mausmbi etc , ragi , suji , multigrain porridge, curds , ghee
