my baby has infection in urine,pas ho gaya hai pee ki jagah pe is it common antibiotic to strt kr di hai still i am worried

Give adequate food
Take a good care of your baby
Maintain hydration
Change diaper frequently
Keep diaper free time in daytime
Consult your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment
