my baby has cough and congestion with fever 102 what should we give for treating cough

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the timge supportive treatmehnt is given.
along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given.
steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.

Give Nebulisation and indirect steam in halation to the child these things are going to be good as of now in relieving cough and cold can also be relieved to quite an extent with this also going to advise you to give paracetamol to the child that will help in reduction of fever
