for gastric colic you can give collicaid/gastica drops to your baby.proper burping for about 20mins on the shoulder and tummy time after every feed is helpful.cyclic motion of legs also relieves . gas related problem is very common in small babies because of many factor including immaturity of the digestive system. usually in babies of 1 to 3 months of aogrge it is a very common finding to spit the milk after feed due to acid reflux which can be reduced by giving a proper burping after every feed. please see that you are not over feeding the child also .if it is very frequent you can give domstal drops also occasionally but only under medical guidance.

It’s Nothing don’t worry about their think it’s completely normal for kids not to go for motion for about 5 to 6 days also in general sometimes but if the urine output is good enough about 10 to 12 times in a day your child is taking feeding properly and farting is completely normal so don’t worry about it
