Q.
My baby has completed 6mnth, he was on EBF till now. when I started solid fr him he is not eating at all however he is interested while I'm having my food. please suggest what I should do to feed him properly.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom Once a while you can make him sit with you and no problem in this avoid high spicy foods and avoid that to him apart from that You can gradually start with a few teaspoons to go with and then gradually increase the quantity
