my baby has completed 5 months, can I switch to formula milk as I have to resume office.

A. Hello. I am a new mom but unable to produce milk so pediatrician has suggested dexolac formula milk for my baby it has 36 vital nutrients along with FOS which is very beneficial for gut health of babies. Now my baby is 7months old his development is very good. You can also consult with the doctor and start this dexolac formula milk for you baby. It comes in three stages. Dexolac stage 1 for 0-6 months old baby Dexolac stage 2 for 6-12months old baby Dexolac stage 3 for 12-24months old baby

A. Weaning food can be started from 5-6 months of age and in that initially in the initial stage you can introduce some semi solid food to the baby like Banana mango plum boiled Apple and then gradually you can start with some purie of carrot potato and some other foods which can be given are porridge of suji sabudana which can be prepared in breast milk or formula milk. initially yrou can start with one or two tsp which caen be gradually increased up till at least three meals in a day

A. Hi Yes you can definitely go ahead with giving formula feeding to the child but you have to be very particular if only your child accepted because when you know when a child is completely breastfeed it was very difficult for them to accept bottle suddenly
