Q.

My baby has been using pacifier to fall asleep, and to fall asleep back if she wakes inbetween. how to remove this pacifier association to sleep

A. Gradually reduce the size of pacifier if possible. As the baby grown in stages, reduction of size will help you to remove without any issues.
