my baby has been suffering from fever since sunday night. i want to know whether i can give this medicine i.e on photo with paracetamol

A. yes ot can be ghven to. Temperature more than 99 is fever . Can Give paracetamol for fever and can be given 3 to 4 times in a day . If temperature does not comes down then give nobel plus or baby not looking well then need a examination as it may be any infection .
