Uma RamMom of 2 children4 months agoA. Hai good morning !! Any mineral,vitamin deficiency signifies craves for mitti,metal,wall putti. Once check with Doctor . Include all fruits,vegetables,leafy vegetables , nuts and seeds powder ,pulses,legumes ,milk in regular diet to meet balanced nutrition.
