My baby has 3months completed in next 4 days so i can start Nestum? Which is best for nestum

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. If you have proper breast milk supply then you should give only breast milk to the baby till 6 months which is the best source of nutrition and no other outside product needs to be used

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy2 years agoA. hello it is advisable to exclusively breastfeed the baby till the baby complete 6 months and do not give any food till then and incase the bm is not sufficient then giv3 baby infant formula milk stage 1 using a bpa free blttle like babyhug but nothing else till baby is 6 months
