cough and cold may be infective  or allergic in cause.give steam to relieve congestion and nasoclear drops can also be used in nose multiple times can also give sinarest drops.cough syrup or nebulization should be given according to the type of cough .self medication is not advisable. if the cough is productive give kufril-ls. give only simple home-made preparations-r as required ,child will eat as symptoms resolve.

Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm 
Burp well after evey feeding by holding  your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
