Q.
My baby had one episode of vomiting yesterday night . For that doctor gave him Domstal . Min in Can I continue give his semi solids food or not .

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom food you can guve which are soft and mildly spiced would be good C give him as much he can take it and not force feed . Keeping the child well hydrated is very much important.. so coconut water , fruits and vegetables soups etc , curds or buttermilk would also be helpful
