Q.

my baby had fever in the afternoon i gave meftal 250 3 ml after that temperature is normal did i need to give syrup at nyt even if the temperature is normal? pls help

A. it can be due to viral infection if fever is more than 99 then you can give paracetamol every 6 hours for fever and if it remains more than 2 days then consult a doctor nearby
