Q.

my baby had constipation last week.. but now he is doing potty daily .. but his potty color varies its usually black, yellow, green .. . I give him spinach , beetroot carrot soup .. daliya , daal nd all .. is black potty normal .. I'm worried ..

A. Hi mom Potty colouring may varies between dark yellow to green colour It’s all normal No need to worry Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation Try to keep head up position while feeding Give adequate water Maintain hygiene Burp well after every feeding
