my baby got tongue sore .can I give ad sore or candid mouth paint.if swallowed what will happen

sore tongue or oral thrush is of concern and needs your consultant opinion

1.as child won't feed or refuse bcz of pain , becomes irritable and avoiding feed ,may lead to other complications

2.if not treated effectively,it will spread to whole mouth n even to mother will lead to sore nipple

2.it has to be treated with lignocaine plus clotrimazole combination to relieve pain..every 2-3 hourly till it goes completely before feed,, do consult

if your doctor has prescribed this medicine than go ahead can administer this medicine but
it is not advisable to use any medicines without medical consultation because they have got side effects. 
it is advisable txhat you should visit your doctor for that. 
how to take a particular medicine and the dosage will be told by your doctor.

please don't use it by own.
as a child is having this problem , instead of giving  such Medicines without consulting your pediatrician ,I would suggest to apply honey or thin layer of ghee on it.
give soft ,less oily , less spicy food items like khichdi, rice fruits etc to your child.
