my baby got small eruptions or allergies (not red) all over the skin.. Doctor suggested levocetrizine for 4days.. can anyone tel me is dere any serious issue?? or it s normal? how mny days will it remain?

you have to just balance according to the type of skin of the child.
usually the skin of the child is mainly dry and sensitive then in these areas you have to apply coconut oil or moisturizing lotiond
in the areas where sweating is present and skin folds there is no need to apply oil or lotion but you have to regularly clean it with soap and you can apply baby powder if xneeded. 
take care of the skin child in this manner on the whole body.
