my baby got red spot pimple like bumps please assist

A. Hello there, sir, please do not worry about it too much. Please apply lacto calamine lotion on the affected areas . You can also apply boroline cream on the affected area. Please use Sebamed soap to bathe the baby. Massage the baby with coconut oil and almond oil. Keep the baby clean and maintain proper hygiene. Thanks and take care
