Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 2 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello good morning!! Due to frequent urinating, pooping wetness rashes may occur.
using diaper not changing for hours Soaked Diaper/nappy might also cause rashes.
Apply coconut oil and avoid diaper/nappy for 2 days use normal pants.
After pooping, changing diaper clean with soft cloth dipped in warm water or unscented wipes and pat dry before putting on other pant.
Use Dettol liquid while washing baby clothes wash separately with mild detergent.
