Q.
my baby got fever after vaccination. he was advised paracetamol 0.6 ml. I give 0.7 ml by mistake. will it really cause any problem for him or his liver. he also has for neonatal jaundice after birth

Author of questionGuardian of a 4 yr 8 m old boy4 years agoA. but maximum dose is 15mg/kg/dose.and he is only 5 khs, so I gave 12 mg extra that's why I m scared

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 1 month old and he has received a vaccinations and got a fever so you can give him paracetamol upto 1 ml too and nothing will happen to his liver just give him frequent breast feeding
