Q.

my baby got fever. 102 by mouth. after giving paracetamol also fever is not decresing???

A. if the fever is high grade and if the paracetamol is not decreasing the temperature you can give syrup meftal p 5ml to reduce the temperature also you can do cold sponging of the whole body
