food can't help in head control .consultation is necessary with doctor.Most babies control their head in 6month so it is little late .

Whenever you are lifting the baby, much care has to be taken by giving full support to the baby head along with your hand support. Muscles and nerves must get enough strength for crawling and movements of the baby. If not supported baby head will always shaking and enougj support won't be there.
