my baby girl was born on 14 aug. after 6 week 1 day on 24th sep she received dpt/ dtap 1, hib 1 opv/ipv 1, pcv 1 rotavirus 1 now for 10-12 weeks vaccination, 24th oct is date written for following dpt /dtap2 Hib2 opv/ ipv 2 pcv 2 rotavirus 2 i want to ask can i go for vaccination on 3rd Nov which would be 11 weeks 3 days or the vaccination for 10-12 weeks has to be given on 10 weeks itself. also attached the snapshot of the immunization record for your reference.

A. You can get it done for the baby accordingly there is no harm in getting it done with the change in date but a little bit of change in date will not cause any trouble to the baby you can go ahead for thatWrite Your Answer Here

Q. My baby is 14 weeks old. During the 14 week vaccination, I learnt that my baby was not given IPV on any of the 6, 10 and 14 week vaccination. The rest DPT, Hib, HBV, Rotavirus, Pneumonia were given. The doctors told OPV during 6 months is sufficient. Is there any cause of worry if IPV is not given?

Q. #paediatrician Hi, Our baby is 7 week old. At the time of birth we have given OPV 0,BCG, Hep-B lst vaccines. By 6th week we are due with IPV 1st/OPV, DPT/DTaP 1st, Hib 1st hep-b 2nd rotavirus 1st PCV lst so we have already delayed 1 week due to lock down. could you please let us know if this would be fine if we give on April 14th??
