Q.

my baby girl was born by surgerian delivery..... my wife is not coming monthly period from 2 months... girl is totally depend on breast feeding.....it's normal process or should I visit to doctor for her period

A. yes definitely it is very normal to face irregularities in the menses when you are breastfeeding your child and sometimes you may not get your periods back till the time you are exclusively breastfeeding so not to worry about

Hi mommy Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
