my baby girl started pooping with greenish mucus colour 8-9 times a day should I need to worry about it??

If it is continuously like this then maybe a high possibility that your child may be having a stomach infection so you need to be more sure and hear about it for that purpose if you connect with your doctor they might advise you to get a test done and according to that you can just proceed with the treatment if there is anything wrong in the report
