Manali K MehtaMom of a 9 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi parent Nasal saline drops can be used to get rid of the closed nose. you may give her a spoon of lukewarm water every hour in the day time keep a bowl full of chopped onions near her bed approximately three feet far over night
