Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. You can start with solids, semi solids, water and other liquids once the baby completes 6 months of age. You can start with one solid or semi solid meal per day and then increase gradually. Start with either Dal Ka Pani or rice Ka Pani or rice porridge or ragi porridge or any one fruit puree or stewed apple or any one vegetable puree or clear vegetable soup. Continue with one food item for 3 days to find out the foods the baby may be allergic to and on the 4th day, start with a new food item. Introduce sips of water in between meals.
