my baby girl is two years old.she did poop two or three times in a day with a very bad smell.sometimes mucus type .....what can I do???

A. I consult the doctor and gives digestive enzymes before meals...but I don't know every after two three days she got infection

A. if baby is having stool with mucus and bad smell most of the times it will be infection it is better to consult a Doctor once for examination and take appropriate medicines
