my baby girl is 4 month old. she is not taking the feeding while awake, is it normal or should I consult a doctor?

A. Hello mom how is her weight gain been off late ? also when she is awake how is she , is she dull or active for her age? because this could just be a phase if all other activities seems to fine then their is no issue
