Q.

my baby girl is 4 month completed last 29 Dec. she got fever from last night , already gave paracitamol 2 times in last 12 hours . . . but still fever there . . .last night fever was 38 Celsius and in a morning it was almost same . . . pls let me know what we do . . . is it omicron symptoms . . . pls suggest . . any specific medicine . .

A. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if fever is repeating.gt and you can also do cold sponging of the body if required
