my baby girl is 3 months 11 days but still her poop is in dark green... she have both mother feeding and bottle feeding too.. what's the reason

A. Hello dear parent, formula fed babies usually poop in green colour and that is considered normal. However, if the poop is watery and contains mucus too then you should consult with your paediatric as that can be infection. Good luck and take care
