my baby girl is 3 month old. she does not fix her eye. when I try to speak to her she does not pay attention. she sees here ane there. is there any thing to worry?? whether the vision is developed till this age or not?? please suggest what to do

A. normally eye fixation will come anytime between two months to 4 months so just wait and watch and if the problem continues even after four months then meet your doctor
