Q.
my baby girl is 2 yrs 4 months .she speaks only few words like. mumma papa Pani and many more words..only 1 1 word..but if we say beta tell mumma Pani do den she can repeat it...is this normal mam for this age group..did she has delayed speech or what .

That means understanding of your child is very much proper as per the age there is no problem in that now it is just that how you have to teach your child to give a response to a question so try to do question answer with your child like what is your name so you have to teach your daughter to say my name is this if you want what you have to say Mama give me water so slowly when you keep trying this a child is going to pick up
