my baby girl is 2 year and 2 month old and not eating anything.. not making eye contact.. not listening to commands so much.. only drinking milk.. should I worried or not

You should definitely be worried it seems like your child is having delay in the growth of the child it is completely associated with brain of your child and these things are basic kind of mild autism as well if you want to know in detail about it please consult a child psychologist ASAPWrite Your Answer Here
