Q.
My baby girl is 11 month old, since two days she is not eating properly and today she vomitted 3 times,and she is also losing weight ,3 days back she suddenly got fever ,after consulting pediatrician her fever is gone,but she is not eating properly and also vomiting even if I feed her Anything,I am worried about her
