my baby girl 3 months old...she is suffering with cold and cough but no runny nose. am using phenylephrine hydrochloride and chlorphenirmane maleate drops mng 6 drops and evening 6 drops. is it cures cough also? shall I do anything else alone with this medicine?

A. continue to give sx Cold and cough in small babies because of viral infections due to less immunity in the baby treat them sympatically with steam inhalation and saline drops in the nose of the baby it will subside in one week time
