My baby girl 2.4 years old and weight is 12 kg, i found her body temperature hot today and when checked fever was 101 , how much ml of brufen can be given

A. dear mom. it is good to give syp p-250 mg 3 ml for fever. can repeat it in 4-6 hours give her lots of rest n liquids to drink. do visit your doctor once.
