my baby get little wound on his ear what can i put to make the wound dry

A. Betadine ointment Is good to apply but I am not sure as to what kind of an issue exactly it is so just to be on the safer side once you should get a check with your doctor as well maybe they can advise you with some medicine also for a faster healing
