my baby forehead shows a temperature fluctuations between 98.7 to 99.6 .is this a fever I have took the reading using IR thermometer

A. it is quite natural that in small babies the head will be having larger surface area and more blood supply it will be warmer for the feeling to check the temperature you have to check it in the axilla of the baby
