My baby feel down hit her head and having this tiny bump on her head for 4 days but she is active do i need to worry about it and consult a doctor

If it’s hard and painful then I’ll suggest u to check with your doc and they will tell you what’s the situation and if u need to do anything to make it better s so I will definitely advise you to kindly take an assessment with your doctor regarding that
