my baby doing small quantity of watery potty n not taking much milk as taking n he putting his finger's n toys in mouth for sleeping plz suggest what should I do its symbol of teething n he having cold n cough also

A. hello mam these are signs of teething as during teething kids gums are sore and kids put evrything in to mouth to relieve the pain .massage the gums with clean cotton cloth 3-4 timesa day and give teethers to chew on
