Q.

my baby doesn't sleep well in the day or night he often wakes up in the middle of the sleep. please suggest any home remedies

A. yes this so sleep disturbances for a good sound sleep make sure baby room is comfortable and calm. Baby should be well fed at bed time. You should make baby wear comfortable clothing at bed time. Sing a lullaby or light music can be used. Can rock or pat the baby to sleep.
