My baby doesn't sleep much during day time.. she sleeps well at night, feeds well, no issues like crying or fussiness. But they say babies at this age should sleep for 14 hrs.. but my daughter only sleeps for 8-9 hrs

A. as long as baby is active and feeding adequately don't worry about it maintain calm and warm environment turn off the lights massage the baby gently to sleep . . . . .
