my baby doesn't cry at night for feed, he only sucks his fingers... so full night he is empty stomach... is it harmfull for him?

Hello mom if the baby is sleeping peacefully not an issue , baby sleeps peacefully only when they are well fed and are full enough , try using mittens so that the Baby does not get into the habit as well . If the baby is gaining weight and also able to take his feed well after he wakes up good enough
